Shalom everyone, sorry for the long stretch in between essays. Today we are going to discuss the origins of one of the most commonly used meditation sounds. The sound of "Ohmmm", like in “Shalommm”. The sound is made up of the letter M, or more accurately stated, the Hebrew letter MeM. The mem is a special Hebrew Letter because it is in the middle of the Hebrew alphabet, or Aleph-Bet. If you were to put the letter Yud in between the two M's, you get the word "Mayim", which means water in Hebrew. So we can say that this sound Mmmmm comes from the energy of water, which as we know is the energy of sharing. I say this because when you spill water on the , it spreads out and spreads out until it evaporates, which can be said is the epitome of sharing.
Being that this sound originates in the middle of the Hebrew alphabet, it righteously represents the Central Column of the Tree of Life. The Central Column of the Tree of Life represents balance and harmony. This is what we are subconsciously or unknowingly saying when we use this sound of "Ohmmm" to begin our meditations with. This Hebrew letter is the 13th letter of the Hebrew alphabet. This Sacred geometry of number 13 is very powerful! To show you how powerful this number is, we see that society has used it as an unlucky number. For example, Friday the 13th – not exactly a very positive day. How about the fact that there is no 13th floor on elevators. You see, the fact that 13 is a very positive and powerful number derives from the fact that in Hebrew the Sacred geometry of 13 means “love, unity, and concern” for the next person. This is blatantly positive and spiritual, which adds to the subliminal meanings when we say "Ohmmm" to begin our meditations with.
The real secret to this sound which relates to the flowing of water represents, as we say in Kabbalah, that there are 13 different channels of light/thought forms flowing from our superconscious source to the beginning of our consciousness. Remember, there are no accidents and there are no coincidences. Everything happens just the way it is supposed to happen. This ohmmm sound represents a higher frequency. Therefore it is quite practical to begin a meditation with this sound!
The Mem is one of five Hebrew letters that have a different shaped final letter. These five Hebrew letters are very powerful, and this letter is the first of them. Being that the first, it's energy represents all five letters. To make this point blatant there are no coincidences that some of the most important words start with this letter. For example, Metatron – the CEO of this dimension, AA Michael –the high priest of the “Wholly Temple in 5D”, Mitzvah - Good deeds and blessings, Minyan – the group of 10 souls that automatically brings in the divine essence otherwise known “Shechinah”, Moses, Mordechai, MAYIM – the Hebrew word for water, which makes up 70% of this planet and almost 90% of our bodies.
Now that we have been made aware of the origin of this wonderful catalyst “Ohmmm”, we can take this knowledge to the opening of the Arc, which opens Tonight, May 16, 2014 at 8 PM sharp Pacific/Arizona time, 10 PM central time, etc. Being that this sound represents the energy of water, let us unify in love and concern for the oceanic! Let's send this energy to the Torah and the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem with thought forms of strengthening the currents in the ocean, the real pulse of our planet. Edited by Casey. Peace and Blessings, Shabbat Shalom
